# 1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of the booking confirmation.

# 2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on the time remaining before the departure date.

*Some hotels, airlines, cruises, visas, and special packages may have separate cancellation policies. Their terms will override the above policy.*

# 3. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

* Visa fees
* Travel insurance
* Flight tickets (as per airline rules)
* Hotel bookings marked as Non-Refundable
* Government taxes and service charges
* Processing or convenience fees

# 4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within **7–15 working days** after receiving confirmation from hotels, airlines, or other suppliers.

Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment.

# 5. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel a tour due to operational reasons, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:

* Alternative travel dates,
* Travel credit, or
* Refund as per supplier policies.

# 6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters
* Pandemics
* Political unrest
* War
* Flight cancellations
* Government regulations
* Weather conditions

Refunds in such cases will depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
